How to begin your custom art journey

Step 1 — Share your vision
Email us your brand logo, reference artwork, or a brief description of the custom piece you would like to create.
Our team will review your request and evaluate feasibility, scale, materials, and finishing options.

Step 2 — Proposal, cost & timeline
You will receive a clear and accurate quotation together with a detailed production timeline before any work begins.

Step 3 — Collaborative design phase (2–4 weeks)
Our designers work closely with you to develop the artwork, proportions, and finishes.
The design process is fully collaborative and continues until your final approval is received.

Step 4 — Manufacturing & finishing (approximately 2 weeks)
Once the design is approved, we begin the full manufacturing process in our atelier — including metal forming, surface preparation, finishing, and real 24K gold plating.

Step 5 — Final presentation & delivery
When your artwork is completed, we provide professional photos and videos for your review.
Upon confirmation, we carefully prepare and arrange shipping.

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of production.

  • Your custom artwork is reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered or sold to any other party.

  • Preferential pricing is available for multiple units of the same approved model.
