We understand that, on rare occasions, issues can arise during shipping, and we are dedicated to providing swift and fair resolutions for our clients.


Shipping & Acrylic Protection

To protect your artwork, we use premium acrylic glass in our frames — providing maximum clarity while significantly reducing the risk of breakage. Despite these precautions, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

Shipping fees range depending on the size and destination of your artwork. We ensure shipping costs never exceed the value of the artwork itself.


Damaged Artwork, Frames, or Acrylic

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear images of the damage.

  • Frame or acrylic glass damage: If the gold-plated artwork itself is unharmed, the issue can usually be resolved quickly. Many clients have their acrylic glass replaced locally with ease.

  • Frame replacement: Should the frame be damaged, we will provide a brand-new frame within 5–7 days, with simple instructions for installation.

  • Artwork damage beyond repair: In rare cases where the gold-plated art is damaged, we offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.

We are dedicated to your peace of mind and will ensure that any inconvenience caused during shipping is resolved fairly.


Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your artwork, please email info@golden-emarat.com with your order number and the subject line: Return, including the reason for your return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the artwork and process a full refund if approved. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are provided only for defective or damaged items during delivery. Please email info@golden-emarat.comwith your order number and images of the damage to initiate an exchange.
